Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

Shoes Blvd ("we", "us") is a streetwear auction and shop based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence no. [LICENCE NO.]. You can reach us at hello@shoesblvd.com.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account, bid or buy.
• Your name, mobile number and delivery address must be accurate and kept up to date. We ship to the address on your account.
• One person, one account. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for everything done with your account.

3. Bidding

• Bids are binding and cannot be cancelled. Only bid if you intend to buy.
• The highest bid when the timer reaches zero wins. Each new bid must be at least the current bid plus the bid step shown on the item.
• "Extend on late bids": if a bid is placed in the final minutes (shown on the item), extra minutes are added to the timer. This stops last-second sniping. It can happen more than once.
• "Sudden death": the timer never extends. The highest bid at zero wins.
• Some items have a hidden reserve price. Bidders only see whether the reserve has been met, never the amount. If bidding ends below the reserve, the item is not sold and nobody pays.
• Our clock decides when an auction ends. Bids that reach us after the end are not accepted.

4. Winning and paying

• If you win, you must pay the winning bid plus shipping within 24 hours, through Ziina, from your Account page.
• If you don't pay in time, the order is cancelled and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder. We may suspend the account of anyone who doesn't pay for items they win.
• Shop orders must be paid within 1 hour of checkout, or the order is cancelled.
• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Card details are handled by Ziina; we never see or store your card number.

5. Shipping

• Shipping is a flat fee by zone: UAE, GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and rest of the world. The current fees are shown below and at checkout.
• Usual delivery times after payment: UAE [UAE DAYS] working days, GCC [GCC DAYS] working days, rest of the world [WORLD DAYS] working days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country outside the UAE are paid by the buyer.
• We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

6. Returns

• Auction items are final sale. The only exception: if an item is not as described, tell us within [NOT AS DESCRIBED DAYS] days of delivery, with photos, and we will arrange a return and refund.
• Shop items can be returned within [RETURN DAYS] days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and with the original tags. Email us first. Refunds go back through Ziina once we receive and check the item. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty or wrong.

7. What we may do

To keep auctions fair and safe, Shoes Blvd may:

• remove bids (for example from fake, duplicate or linked accounts, or bids placed by mistake that we agree to remove);
• correct mistakes in a listing (such as the description, size or photos);
• end an auction early, extend it, or cancel it (for example if an item is lost, damaged or listed in error);
• suspend or close accounts that break these terms, including fake or duplicate accounts, unpaid wins, or abuse.

8. Giveaways

• Giveaways are free to enter. One entry per account. Duplicate or fake accounts are disqualified.
• Each giveaway shows its own rules: which countries can enter, any minimum number of past purchases, and the end time.
• Winners are picked by random draw after the giveaway ends and are notified by email.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Shipping of prizes is free.
• Where required, giveaways run under permit no. [PERMIT NO.] from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

9. Bidders chat

• Only people who have bid on an item can post in its chat.
• Be respectful. No insults, hate, spam, links, personal details (yours or anyone else's), or attempts to trade outside Shoes Blvd.
• We may remove messages and block accounts that break these rules.

10. Our responsibility

• We describe every item as accurately as we can. Photos and colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• The site is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as internet or payment outages.
• As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

11. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes apply to bids and orders made after that date.
